To elevate the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival website, we started by infusing vibrant colors, engaging icons and eye-catching patterns throughout the pages, enhancing their overall brand appeal. Then we took user experience to the next level by restructuring the navigation, implementing a left-hand navigation system and reorganizing content for seamless accessibility. 

Adding a touch of creativity, we introduced an interactive map — a hand-drawn illustration of the Saranac Lake area featuring local venues. Hovering over each point reveals a pop-up box with the venue's name, social media links, contact information and Google Maps location, providing users with an immersive experience. 

In optimizing event management, we extracted events from their previous general calendar, created a user-friendly spreadsheet for the client to use going forward, and populated events onto categorized pages.
